MISTAKES THAT TAUGHT ME A LOT

MISTAKE.1  

IGNORING THE BASIC                 

 To achieve our goals, we need to break them down into smaller ones. This is why we are taught the basics of reading and writing, such as the alphabet, on the first day of school. Unfortunately, many people tend to avoid the basics because they lack patience or are not aware of their importance. I was one of those people too. It's normal to be unaware of the basics if we don't have someone to guide us, but now, with the help of technology, it's impossible to remain unaware. 

-ALWAYS REMEMBER LITTLE PROGRESS IS BETTER THAN NO PROGRESS 

-SMALL STEP AT A TIME COVERS BIG DISTANCE

MISTAKE NO .2

NOT TAKING ENOUGH REST 

Now at this topic many people think that I am giving any gym advice or some bullshit trust me guys . need to take break you need to give your eyes a better view. your mind better peace. Your hand should not be burdened with lifting paper files every day. your ears might be tired of listening to higher authority orders. 

Our body is like a machine it needs fuel it need charging from time to time. now rest means  am not talking about talking about 8 hours proper sleep I am talking about a small break . we aren't running on electrical energy we are running on spiritual energy take a small break and go for a small vacation.

TO WORK HARD YOU NEED TO REST HARD


  MISTAKE.3

NOT HAVINNG SPECIFIC PLAN FOR YOUR NEXT STEP 


I had already clear in first mistake that a big goal is always devided into small step having a plan of a day will surely leads to success but the advantages of it will experinces like -
- feeling of fullfilment 
- stress relive 
- reliving of internal pressure
- feeling mentally free
- internal happines
- builting confidence
Planning your way to reach the goal will give you a clear vision your goal you will less distracted 
and will achieve it . and trust me you will get ahead of majority of your confidence


MISTAKE. 4

PROCRASTINATING

I don't wanna talk about this topic to deeply because there are around millions of affordable and effective course on Youtube and other social media platform about it . and if you don't wanna spend money on it then just get the shit done before getting distracted . 


MISTAKE.5

TRAINING PHISICALLY BUT NOT MENTALLY


This one is simple training your mind is as essential as your body imagine being a muscular monster who can lift tank but cant even talk with anyone properly a perfect example is hulk and bruce banner from marvel cinametic universe In the movie Endgame, Bruce Banner had a specific reason for merging with the Hulk. if you cant control your brain than you cant control majority of things around you . to be someone who can handle success some who can control his mind not when you fell angry but also when you happy 
 
- How you can train you brain 

   Start reading atleast one page a day 
   start meditating daily 
   get out of comfort zone 
   and the most important start facing your fear and never lose an opportunity to face the fear
